I need advice please. I guessed postage thinking it would be £2.80 . It turned out to be 85p .
I have a message from the buyer
saying 'Thanks for the doll, she arrived safely today and I am pleased with her. I noticed the package was posted as a large letter rather than the parcel rate I was charged for- I know this happens to me sometimes at the post office- would you mind refunding me the difference please? Thanks!
Is this right do I have to refund excess postage. It cost me petrol to get to the post office the envelope sellotape and bubble wrap costs money as well .
What do I do please?
Well, you could either refund the excess postage or advise your buyer to leave negative feedback and send shouty messages, all part of the eBay experience.
