Hi, Why am I receiving bids  from countries that I dont post to ..I am getting bids from African countries and  Australia etc and I only post to UK only

you have to set your buyer requirements to block bids from countries you don't post to:-

Hi I have got it set to block other countries..UK only.does not seem to be working.
