I am getting buyers wanting refunds for items not turning up on time. I post every day. Due to covid post is been delayed Ebay are not taking this into account

It doesn't help that ebay only gives sellers 3 days to resolve before buyers can escalate.

Other sellers have been extending their dispatch times to take into account the delays, and still posting out the same times.
