hi all,i am interested in buying a car from ebay,as i have been tempted with a certain amount from paypal credit,but from what i now understand is,i cannot use it to buy a car.is this simply because i would not be covered by paypal(which i knew anyway).kind regards all

Vehicle sellers don't have to & shouldn't accept paypal as payment.

you go & see car, inspect it & if happy, then pay in cash.

if seller says pay into ebay hold account, it is a SCAM!!!!

hi,i appreciate your quick reply....sorry if i have not explained myself properly..yes i agree with you fully i would never buy a car without seeing it first,and paying cash normally.....what i am actually asking is,can i transfer the amount into that persons bank from my paypal credit once i am happy with the car.regards.

Not sure how paypal credit works, maybe phone paypal & ask.
