payments 'not received'

I have under my totals tab in 'Selling' a not received amount in red but noyhing pending in PayPal, I'm pretty sure i have been paid for eveything sold (Only 24 items). What other reason could i have this "not received" notification for?

have you refunded anyone?

refunded items go back to the unpaid section,

or have you received a cash payment that you haven't marked as paid?

so if i refund £10 on a £50 item how much will show up 'not received'
