packlink still does not work

Obviously no new news to you sellers about Packlink not working. Ebay still have not fixed it.

Please can someone tell me how Ebay can launch a label print / delivery program without self testing-proving

that it works. So so disappointed with Ebay. Spoke with them today and they cannot offer a time scale of when

it is likely to be fixed....what a total farce...what a waste of our time and effort. Stll manage to take our shop fees,

final fees etc etc...but cannot provide the full service...very, very poor on their part.

Yep,  that all sounds about right!

Packlink  /  Shutl  /  Hermes etc etc.  I wouldn't personally touch any of them with a barge pole.  Too many problems,  too many complaints.

Royal Mail for me all the way,  just a personal observation  from experience!

Shutl was bad, but packlink is worse,

that's why I never use either.

• I can confirm that Packlink offers invoicing (deferred payment) as well as pay as you go, in addition to accepting credit/debit cards as well as Paypal, compared to only invoice with Paypal previously. • To reprint a cancelled label – sellers can use the “create Shipment” option from the “add Shipment” drop down on the label history page

• On the sign in loop issue – this has been affecting only certain browser versions and I confirm that a fix was rolled out this afternoon.
