I ordered an item from China on the 14th June. Tracking placed it at UK Royal Mail on 21 June and now 14 days later still no show. The estimated delivery is still 4 weeks away. Do I have to wait until 5 Aug for a refund
You have to wait until the day after the expected delivery date to open a case, and a futher 3 days before you can escalate it. That's how the money back guarantee works.
