I brought an item of a lady who has cleary posted it as it was tracked and checking the info on the royal mail website,
it says it has been delievered!! IT HAS NOT!!!!
I do not have it so opened a case which Ebay closed! Saying it was satisfised ect, and if i wanted to appeal to get a Action fraud or report it to the police! To which i have and have been given a CRN number, Does anyone have a email contact as im not phoning up and getting a massive phone bill as i only have a mobile.
Can anyone help please as i think its stupid you cannot just email or chat with someone on Ebay and just going round and round in the options!!
