newly listed search option

Come on E Bay, get this problem sorted. It has been going on for several days now. Today I entered Cycling Jerseys in the search box and clicked on newly listed. The listings for 7th, 8th and 9th August were all mixed together on pages 1 to 19. Does anyone know how I can make E Bay aware of the problem.

I don't have that problem

I have used both Google Chrome and the new Microsoft Edge and also tried downloading E Bay Uk onto my Samsung tablet, but get the same problem with them all
