For Paypal log into your Paypal account and click on cog icon or Wallet at top of page > Debit and credit cards > Add a card.
And on eBay if relevant go to My eBay Account tab (near top left) > Personal Information > Payment Options > View (on the far right) > Payment method > Update your automatic payment method.
