Hi all, i asked the question last night about a buyer that collected a vintage ironing board, she left me negative feedback with a positive comment.. anyway i was told it was probably a mistake and to contact buyer.. i contacted buyer and she said she was disappointed with the item and that's why she gave me a neg.. and she had travelled a long way to collect it... this has really upset me, i pride myself in doing my best to keep customers happy... when she came to my house she inspected it and i told her if she wasn't happy with it she didn't have to take it.. is there anything i can do... thanx in advance..
Good Evening Mrs A,
I'm so sorry that your buyer did not agree to a feedback revision, when the feedback in itself looked like a 100% mistaken choice in the leaving of a negative.
I'm afraid you have done all you can, by asking her to change the feedback, and she has explained that she was not happy with the purchase, and that was why she left a neg, just very strange she then gave feedback, as Very Pleased.
You are obviously a very conscientious seller, please don't let this upset you further. Anyone reading the feedback, it is not detrimental, and will think, as I did , it was left by mistake.
