I reported a buyer for just not turning up and no contact after storing goods for over a month.
Why can I not leave negative feedback. If I go to the item it only says positive feedback or report the buyer.
I have checked his feedback and there is no non payment listed against this as it says on the report buyer notification.
If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days
You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback
If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees
You have 32 days to open a dispute
Sellers can not leave anything other than a positive but if you had done the non payment dispute then they would have received a non payment strike
That is much better than feedback and if they have two or more then they would find it difficult to buy off many sellers
If it is over a month or the 32 days then you are too late to open the dispute and will pay the final value fees.
There was no point in reporting them too ebay you needed to open the dipsute
if in time then open now
