Hi
I sold an item on the 15th December 2017, buyer opened a not received case against me today, and also left negative feedback before i had chance to help resolve.
I had sent the item RM signed for and the item was delivered to the buyer.
Can i get the feedback removed, or will ebay just leave it there?

If the case was found in your favour then ebay should remove the feedback though you may need to give them a nudge. Contact ebay cs by phone or Live Chat.
