I purchased an item as brand new, the seller then subsequently admitted it was incomplete so I stated I wouldn't accept it.
He went ahead and posted the item then said I could send back for a refund thus costing me return postage oiut of spite.
I left negative feedback for item not as described, even though I do not have it yet I know this to be true as he has admitted as much.
Ebay have removed the negative feedback as he complained, so why is this and can I have it re-instated?
eBay were able to see that you had not received the item before you left bad feedback and that's more than enough to get it removed.
If you open a not as described case the seller has to pay the return postage up front if you purchased on the UK or USA sites.
