The last two times i have left neg feedback for a seller the feedback has been removed?
In both cases the seller had not mared dispatched, not sent and not replied to any messages. Both times i opened a case and waited before asking ebay to step in and in both cases they stepped in and forced the refund. It was two different sellers but both have a clear history of doing the same and have meny neg feedbacks saying the same thing. I am 100% sure i have done nothing wrong yet feel like they are in someway punishing me?
On contacting ebay they confirmed that both feedbacks had been removed by them and on pressing said it was because tracking had been provided before confirming that actually it had not (they lied!). They actually seem to have no idea why the feedback was removed by their "team" !!!
Is anyone else experiencing this kind of problem? I buy alot (really alot) on ebay nad rarely actually leave neg feedback so i'm really dissapointed in this.
Anyone have any idea why they may actually have done this as they either don't know or they don't want to tell me?
*EDIT - The feedback left:
"Item not sent, no reply to messages. One to avoid"
To read eBay’s policy on the criteria for feedback removal, see: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/rfe-spam-ov.html
(Scroll down to where it discusses feedback, click on "Read our full policy".)
The most common reasons for feedback being removed are that it mentions an eBay or PayPal case, or the police, or contains profanity.
However, feedback can also be removed for other reasons, for example where a buyer demands something that wasn’t part of the original transaction. For further information on negative feedback that is not allowed see “Feedback rules” here: https://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/private/feedback#negative
