The last two times i have left neg feedback for a seller the feedback has been removed?
In both cases the seller had not mared dispatched, not sent and not replied to any messages. Both times i opened a case and waited before asking ebay to step in and in both cases they stepped in and forced the refund. It was two different sellers but both have a clear history of doing the same and have meny neg feedbacks saying the same thing. I am 100% sure i have done nothing wrong yet feel like they are in someway punishing me?
On contacting ebay they confirmed that both feedbacks had been removed by them and on pressing said it was because tracking had been provided before confirming that actually it had not (they lied!). They actually seem to have no idea why the feedback was removed by their "team" !!!
Is anyone else experiencing this kind of problem? I buy alot (really alot) on ebay nad rarely actually leave neg feedback so i'm really dissapointed in this.
Anyone have any idea why they may actually have done this as they either don't know or they don't want to tell me?
*EDIT - The feedback left:
"Item not sent, no reply to messages. One to avoid"
If you had us here Exactly ewhat you wrote in those feedback we may be able to give you a more definitive answer.
So I'm going to guess.
As you described in your post .... ' had to open a case for a refund', were any of those words, that is, case or refund put into your feedback? Then the seller can ask for its removal.
Feedback rules do not allow mentioning of cases or refunds.
