I have just found out that my case was closed due to inactivity but I was waiting for ebay to act on my behalf and I was waiting to hear from you. I had not had contact from the seller since the first contact. I had been checking with ebay to see if there had been a decision made but I have now been told that it was closed. I was sure that I had opened the case for ebay to step in. as it was a cost of over £18.00 and for christmas presents that have not arrived. Please can you look into this for me, or at least re contact the seller on my behalf Thank you I will also contact you by phone as I have been waiting for you, have I missed something? Best wishes
You are on the member to member support thread so we are not ebay just members like yourself
If you opened a dispute then you have to go back after 3 days and escalate it if the seller does not deal with the problem
If you dont go back then the case will close eventually in the sellers favour
This is what seems to have happened in your case
Ebay will not take any action now the case if closed. That is the end of it
There is no point in contacting them
If you paid by paypal then open a not received dispute there and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days
