Hello all. I recently bought a job lot of 3 pairs of shoes from a seller. When I received the parcel, 1 shoe was missing. I've messaged the seller asking them to check for the missing item but haven't had a reply. Also re-sent the message & still had no reply.
Do I just write off the money spent & post negative feedback for the seller?. Bit annoyed about it as it costs nothing to acknowledge my message & send a quick reply!.
Please advise best course of action. Thanks.
You can return the whole lot for a full refund. Start a "not as described" return on the far right of your order in Purchase History. Then escalate it after 3 business days. If the seller is in the UK ebay will require them to issue a paid-for postage label for you to print and use.
That could at least prompt a reply and the seller can send the missing shoe if they have it. But don't close the return until you get it. If they don't reply just escalate for refund.
