i recently bought an item over 3 weeks ago and never recieved it,i have a case open. that items order details and description has now disappeared from my purchase history and feedback left for it from the seller has gone also so i no longer have any details of it or even a item number - has ebay done this because they are investigating?

It's because you have a case open, go to the resolution center (link below this page) all the case details should be there.
