Managed payment ..is anyone else quite puzzled about the managed listings ..as i see, it ebay is sitting on our money ..maybe for months on end if a listing dosnt sell ,

if we take a listing off sale do we get our money back ..for the up front fees ?

If we reduce price of a listing do we get our oney back on the reduced price pro rata ..

if your item doesn't sell there isn't any money for ebay to hold onto!

listing fees are non refundable, you pay to list and these fees are charged on your monthly invoice
