managed payments problem with sales information download

Hi

I am having some trouble accessing the information about managed payments on ebay. I have looked and it seems that I cannot download information which shows the item and date of purchase, item sale price and postage amount with the buyer's ID all on one page.

It also seems like ebay delete all records of paid and dispatched after 90 days and even the download I have got of this does NOT include the item sold!

I cannot move items to 'archive' for some completely unknown reason either.

Is there some way of getting all the basic info on a sale to download, either as a PDF or CVC or excel file? It is taking hours cutting and pasting them into a document.

Even when I tried the sales report, it seems determined to compare the period chosen with another one - I don't want this, just the basic information of what sold, when and to whom.

Finally, is there any way of completely opting out of ebay managed payments, doing the books is a nightmare now. I am sure I have missed something.
