lost watch list

can I recover my watch list which appears to be deleted.

Are you using the ebay app?  Then switch to a laptop / PC / browser but not IE.

Or,  it may just be a site glitch and thery reappear later.

If they do not,  you must have somewhere clicked on Delete,  if that is the case they are gone ,and cannot be retrieved.
