Have you had any listing upgrades? Gallery photos for instance? These areb#n't free. Also you pay for 5 day auctions if you've had any of those.
Check your Seller Account on the accounts tab on your ebay summary page to see what you've been charged for, and remember that you see all charges on your listing before you hit send, so check that it does say 'no charge' before sending next time.
