i will NOT accept responsability for any item.
What you say about courier deliveries is absolutely true, but you already have agreed to accept this in eBay's user agreement.
Delivery problems have become one of the biggest risks for buyers - partly because price pressure from buyers themselves has driven many eBay sellers into using the cheapest, budget couriers, just to remain competitive.
The problem is that anyone can sign for parcels, it doesn't have to be the buyer. Some delivery services don't even require a signature. Parcels may be signed for by the driver, delivered and signed for with neighbours, or at the wrong address, or left in a "safe place" to be lost or stolen. Doorstep theft of parcels is soaring (known as "porch pirates" in the US).
EBay can't and doesn't attempt to investigate disputed deliveries. The seller is required to provide a valid tracking number that confirms delivery to the buyer's address. If they can't, they have to refund the buyer. If they can, they have complied with eBay's requirements and won't be required to refund the buyer.
This policy is set out in eBay's money back guarantee policy page, which forms a part of their user agreement: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/money-back-guarantee.html
Although I agree with what you say, ebay won't.
If seller can prove delivery by online tracking, you would lose case for item not received.
Drivers are not getting signatures due to Covid, this is accepted by ebay.
I will ignore last common about people who can't read street signs, suggest you edit post to remove it.
