Advice required , i sold a Tiffany necklace on 20th may 2020..go a lovely positive feedback and thought no more of it , suddenly 29th June 2020 , they said after two weeks it went black , obviously means its not silver and request a return case ...obviously my worry as it was delicate is they have broken the necklace part and put another chain on and want their money back . What would you all do , as if i get it back and its not mine how do i prove that after such a long time . Confused
