The only thing that will help you here, if you have trscking to show those items were delivered on time, if you do, then contact eBay CS with the information they should remove the defects that apply to the ones delivered on time.
I'm afraid if tracking does not show this, in the recent past eBay were removing these defects, as early days brought about many late deliveries because of Covid, but they are not so keen to use this as a reason nowadays, so I found too!
