Hi On the 27th November i purchased a laptop battery [ garanteed for 3 years ] .The battery has died some 4 months later. Tried to get a refund but after many emails ,some of which say they will refund me have not done so. Ebay do not get involved with warranty issues nor do paypal. as it is over 30 days since the transaction. Can anyone just sell anything on ebay and get away with seling rubbish costing good money and conning people. I have contacted trading standards about this as well.Please be aware of ths seller. and avoid. Any suggestions on what to do next or just put it down to being ripped off. Regards D
