i have been repairing batteries for forty years the person has not it was tested before i sent it e-bay in there wisdom washed their hands of me and with out testing it they found in the buyers favour .i would like to take it to a registered repair shop ,and if faulty will refund i will not refund any thing if found o.k and i will stop tradeing on e-bay, if they want to lose money thats fine but steal it from me not going to happen e-bay has too much power i have shut my paypal down
