recently went through the process of getting my account back because I had a complaint from a buyer who tried to scam me, had to send all address details and invoices etc even though im not a business as such
now a troll type user was harrassing me in messages and said hes reporting me for counterfit items even though ive had no bad feedback or complaints on anything ive sold
why is my account being treated like this can anyone offer any possible solutions ?

Firstly you are a business seller and need to upgrade your account http://cgi4.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ChangeRegistrationAccountType if you have items that you've made or bought to resell, register a business account.
The hair clippers you have listed as WAHL in the title item specifics and description,they are not WAHL and cannot be listed as such nor WAHL Type,you must use the brand they are(TPOB)
If you have already been reported it wont take many more reports for your account to be closed
