item returned after 7 days

 Item was delivered to Argosd collection point - I misssed the email so didn't pick up in the 7 day window. Argos say it was returned but seller put no return address on it so neither buyer or seller has item...

Can I get a refund as buyer?

Click & Collect is a completely unnecessary service.

When you buy on ebay you can arrange delivery to any address that you want, Friend, Relative or Neighbour. All you do is change the delivery address on Paypal BEFORE paying. 

So simple and you don't lose your money that way.
