item did not arrive. seller says its probably lost in the post and they need me to email my name and address so they can make a claim from royal mail befoe they re-send it. I dont understand . Ebay says not to supply personal detail by email. Also as I have supplied the item no., order no and date etc if they are supposed to have my name and address wouldn't i be on their records
Ignore seller.
Open ebay case for not received, escalate after 3 working days.
Up to seller to claim from RM after refunding you.
