I bought an item off Ebay, the seller sent a part different to that in the auction, and it didn't work. I complained and they wanted me to send it back to them, at my cost. I started a case, it went through, I got the return label, sent it back and eventually got a refund. I left feedback saying "sent different item that didn't work, tried to get me to pay for returning it", accurate, exactly what happened.
This morning I got an "Ebay Account Warning Policy" saying that my feedback infinged their policy and had been removed. What part of giving the facts did I get wrong ?. Or is there another reason ?
