involving ebay to resolve a dispute

Can anyone please advise how you get eBay involved in sorting out a dispute. I had an order cancelled by a seller 10 days after I placed it because they could not supply the item. 12 days later I still have not received a refund and now want to invilve eBay.

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
then you can open a not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.
You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from  the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute

You are also covered by the paypal money back gurantee so if you fail for any reason on ebay then open a dispute in papal
You have 180 days to open the dispute on paypal
Open the dispute and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days
