hi...it seems my account was hacked and when i bought and paid for an item i noticed that the recipient was totally different - definietly not me...so i ve been trying to contact the seller to explain what is happening and even advised my address but had no replies. Now i got an e mial saying that the item was shipped but obviously to some other address in the uk. I asked the seller to either refund me the money or to send the item to me in malta. Yet again no replies. Pls help.

If you can still log in the first thing you should do is to change your eBay and PayPal passwords NOW.

Also make sure that none of your personal information or email address etc. has been changed. If your Paypal account has been compromised this is even more serious, so check it for any unauthorised activity. If necessary phone PayPal customer support.
