Hi, I tried to printed a royal mail postage label and hit "back" as I did not put the weight in. In the end I was charged twice for 2 labels. How to cancel the unused one?
Go to My eBay and click Sell on the left side of the page. Click on Postage Labels, find the label and select Refund from the Actions column on the right.
