Seller has changed their bank details 3 times, so I've had to cancel the payment twice through PayPal, I don't want to send a 3rd payment. I've asked them to cancel the payment but whilst I wait for their answer I really want to flag this to ebay but there's not really an option to do this.
Post wont let me reply so i'll add to this. Ive paid and cancelled through PayPal I never use anything else but the seller twice has said they have updated their details, the second time saying they updated their bank details. I wonder if you're right and its just becuase they're new and the account isnt quite right. Thanks to all that answered.
If you are paying by paypal then the money goes to the seller email address. Are they a new seller?
They may be having a problem if their email address is incorrect the money will not go to their paypal account
This is quite a common problem
Not sure why you say they have changed their bank details as that should not be where you are paying the money too
