During a current transaction purchaser was given wrong email address and everything as gone wrong. strugling to cange information on records. receive ok emails although records are wrong. confused and strugling to get help.
you didn't make sure the email address for payment was correct when you created the listing
to get your money you need to add the email address that you did use, to your profile in your paypal account
