when you haven't recieved an item and report it to ebay and they give the seller 8 days to respond how do you know when the 8 days have started or when the 8 days are up and how do you know that it has gone through?
It is 8 X 24 hours from opening case, although sometimes can be 9 days before option to escalate to appear.
