Have you never read te Money back Guarantee, top right of every listing.

That tells you all you need to do, and that does not include speaking to ebay. The whole system is automated, may be annoying but works far better that relying on unreliable humans.

These are winter shoes. I wore them more than 60 days after the return policy apply. Ebay should have a zero tolerance for people who sell fake items...I only wanted to contact Ebay to discuss, but it is IMPOSSIBLE!!!
