i need to report what i think is an hacked account, but everytime i try, it keeps telling me the server is down, now i am not sure if that is the case, it may well be, but i have been reporting hacked accounts for some time, and the program that ebay uses for reporting got hacked on my computer and kept doing the same when i tried to report them, they are a gang with a big network, that do this on a weekly process.
So please can someone show me another direct way of reporting this, because there are a lot of people thats bidding on these items at this moment, there is only 11 hours to go.
