I got 2 black marks because i was on holiday seeing my grandchildren, explained to the customers and they left excellent feedback but tracking showed the items were late...so what do i do...i don't have a shop...i am away 3 times in the next 6 weeks ...do i tell them not to buy on certain datees or do i shut down for the summer as this will happen all summer.
