 a buyer has left me positive feedback but the comments are inapropriate to the item sent . I have noticed that they have also left this feedback 12 times regardless of the item purchased.

I think it's something to do with using mobile phones. The stupid things auto fill what it thinks you want to say, which is always the same as what you wrote last time. Contact customer services and they may remove the comment for you as it's not about the item you sold.
