feedback disappeared

Why does the community think that the neutral feedback that i left for a seller has disappeared ? i didnt want to leave a red thought i was being fair as the seller was selling inferior stock.

There are feedback rules to follow,  if you mention anything about a case,  refund,  fake,  then the seller can ask for its removal.

Or,  if the seller has never received any bad feedback they could ask CS to look into the one bad feedback left and they could remove it as it does not show  or reflect,  a regular occurence of bad eBaying.

I agree the above reason is good for a seller who may be trying to avoid a buyer or even competitor, trying to trash their account,  and not so good for a buyer , trying to leave an honest feedback on the item received.
