I have purchased an item via Ebay using Paypal.
The item was delivered in October & came with a 1 year warranty according to the listing. (It cost £185 at the time, but they are now selling at a reduced price £146)
I have tried to resolve the issue with the seller, but after contacting in November & sending mutliple communications back and forth, now the seller is saying that I will need to repurchase at a reduced rate of £130.... So basically I DO NOT have any warranty even though it states it one the listing.
I tried to go via Ebay resolution, but its over 30days (obviously) & I tried Paypal but it just keeps sending me back to ebay resolutions...
Any ideas what I can do now to resolve the issue??
Many thanks
Jamie
Ebay or paypal do not cover warranties, their money back guarantee is for items not as described on arrival.
If it was a UK seller try CAB or Trading Standards.
