Hi,

Is there any way to complain to eBay about sellers who list their items as NEW and then when you read the full description they say USED?

It is very frustrating

If you have bought it then you can open a not as described

If not then there is nothing you can do,

If you see it then so should other buyers as you should always read listings carefully before buying

The ebay money back guarantee is there to protect members from items that are not as described

It seems very unfair. I list my items correctly. I expect the same from others

Yes I totally agree that items should be listed properly but buyers still have to take some responsibility to read listings.
