what is the best action to take , i have been sold a perfume that is clearly a fake, ive asked for a refund and return postage but all i have been sent is a return address in Chinese and cant get throught to ebay directly.please help

Where was the location of the item on the listing?  If that was the UK then that is where it goes back to and you can escalate the case for ebay to step in.  If you bought from China then ebay can't force the business to pay the return costs. 

I assume you have opened a case in the resolution centre?
