as you are a private seller you cannot be holding stocks of brand new items.

if you make items to sell you have to have a business account on ebay to sell them.

only registered business sellers can sell them now

you aren't, so you can't

You have to be an approved business seller and then you have to apply to be an approved seller.

You may have sold them in the past but private sellers aren't allowed to sell them.
