Hi community, I recently purchased a fake pair of CAT walking shoes, I didn't know they were fake until they arrived... they were in very poor condition and I sent a message to the seller, who was very angry, I mentioned that ebay don't like this way of behaving. 

I then recieved a message from ebay on extortion, WHAT the F%%$k.... can sellers do what they like and ebay send warnings.... I am confused.... shouldn't ebay be coming down hard on the people who are selling fake goods, passing them off as real..????

Just use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open an Item Not As Described Case. Escalate the Case after 4 days.  Ebay will Force the Refund.

Hi ruby, they are giving me a refund, but in the mean time, I got this message from ebay, which i assume has come from the angry seller... selling fake shoes...x

Now your account has been flagged you could have problems with the two false positives you left buyers and for selling off eBay.
