escalate an ignored return request

Hi, Bought a pair of size 7 very good condition flat shoes, On arrival they are too small, checked sizing and they are both clearly marked size 6.5, Also insides are split, As they are too small i ask to return 8 days ago with no responce to photos or messages, ebay say i can ask for assistance from drop down box but this option is not available, Any ideas please Elaine.

The option will only appear once 8 full days have passed since the case was opened.  eBay work on a 24-hour clock, not calendar days, so the timing will be to the second that the case was opened.

There have been sporadic reports that the option appears slightly later but if you get to 'day' 10 and still cannot escalate the case then contact customer support.

To escalate it has to be 8 days to the minute

Once this time arrives the option will appear
