A buyer did not pay for the item. I wanted to leave negative feedback but ebay did not allow it because apparently I was out of time (had to wait for them to try to resolve the issue which they did not). It doesn't seem fair that someone can bid for an item, then not pay and get away with it. Does anyone know if there is there is anyway I can give feedback ?
